The H&H Group operates as a holding company with a number of its businesses operational across the auctioneering, commercial print, insurance and property sectors. After a period of significant growth and development over the last 10 years the Board is looking to appoint a new Chief Executive to drive the continued development of the business.

Our new CE will lead the strategic development, direction and performance of H&H Group plc and its subsidiaries in fulfilment of the overall H&H Group mission. This will require exemplary communication and people skills to inspire, lead and develop the teams across the Group. The new CE will have strong commercial and financial skills and demonstrate a good track record of business development. The successful candidate will be able to build relationships both internally and externally and have the gravitas to be the key spokesperson and ambassador for the Group. Experience and being able to demonstrate a good track record at senior level is essential with knowledge and understanding of running a multi-sector business with a focus on the rural economy.
