Thank you for your interest in this exciting new role within Link Group.

At the heart of what we do are our customers. How our customers can contact us, share their views on our performance, and how we respond is critical to continuing to provide fantastic levels of service to the people we exist to serve.

We recognise that Link as an organisation, the external environment, and the expectations and needs of our customers have changed considerably since we first designed how we work with, support, and communicate with our customers. The new role of Director of Customer Experience will work with me and my fantastic colleagues to lead the transformation of our customer journey.
